by confidential arbitration in Hong Kong and you shall irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and proceedings thereof, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (as at present in force and as may be amended by the rest of this clause). The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an rbitration

involving any other party subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. The place of arbitration shall be in Hong Kong at Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) and the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. There shall be only one arbitrator and the appointing authority shall be HKIAC. You agree that you shall keep the arbitration confidential and shall not, without our prior written consent, disclose the existence of the proceedings and any element of it (including but not limited to any pleadings, submissions or other documents submitted or exchanged, any evidence, and any awards, decisions or ruling) beyond the parties

to the arbitration and their representatives, the arbitral tribunal, the administering institution (if any) and any person necessary to the conduct of the proceeding, except as may be lawfully required in judicial proceedings. To the extent that arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to the Hong Kong courts or the courts of another jurisdiction as appropriate, without prejudice to all applicable provisions of this Section 14.

16. Consent to Receive Notices

Electronically by Posting on the Site and Via Email You consent to receive any agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications (collectively, “Notices”) to which these Terms and Conditions refer from us electronically including without limitation by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all Notices that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. To withdraw your consent to receive Notices electronically, you must notify us of your withdrawal of such consent by emailing us at info@enzodesignbags.com and discontinue your use of this Site. Delivery Policy

ENZODESIGN gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong. We use Hong Kong Post as our delivery company. Please note that we DO NOT DELIVER to A.P.O. Box (USA), P.O. Boxes and hotels.

For delivery cost, it would be included in the final cost after you select the product to “Cart” and click “ check out” , after that you would go to the order page for choosing your delivery region. Once you choose your delivery region, the delivery cost would automatically show and add to your total amount.

Delivery cost is calculated by the product weight and volume and it varies under different destinations.

Once we received your order, the goods will be arrived your delivery address around 7 working days.

Since custom in some countries may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may longer than 7 working days.

You will also be notified all the tracking numbers by email.
