Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a clear manufacturing defect and has not been used.
Please note that:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or general dissatisfaction.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@enzodesignbags.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Review & Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Return Instructions: If approved, we will provide you with return instructions. All approved returns must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of approval.
- Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- For approved returns due to incorrect items or defects, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for any return shipments sent without prior approval.
